Ms. Hernandez has been a wage and hour practitioner for nearly 30 years, first as a government official for the United States Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division and then as an attorney. She is a tenacious and passionate litigator who works tirelessly for her clients.
Hannah Simmons is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Gilda A. Hernandez. Ms. Simmons focuses her practice on litigating complex class action employment law and wage and hour disputes, along with other employment law issues.

Briahna “Bree” Koegel is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Gilda A. Hernandez, advocating for employees’ rights.
Brian Holste is the Firm’s Business Development Administrator. Brian brings to the firm over 17 years of experience as a Wage and Hour Investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), serving in the San Diego, East Los Angeles and Raleigh District Offices.
Rachael Kreuz is a senior paralegal at The Law Offices of Gilda A. Hernandez, PLLC and has held a career as a paralegal since 2012. Ms. Kreuz is a graduate from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology and a concentration on Latin American studies.
Alessia Corsi graduated from East Carolina University in 2022, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and minored in French.
Throughout her academic career, Ms. Valerie Rivera Bruno developed a strong interest in the legal field, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Ms. Rivera Bruno graduated from North Carolina State University.
