Byron Rush-Frazelle is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of Gilda A. Hernandez, focusing on complex litigation and advocating on behalf of employees throughout North Carolina.
Originally from Richlands, North Carolina, Mr. Rush-Frazelle attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Art and Political Science. After a few years of copyediting for a science journal and refereeing for youth sports, he attended William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia. Throughout his education, Mr. Rush-Frazelle focused on the intersection of economic analysis and the law, authoring an award-winning note examining price gouging and the egg market during the pandemic.
Before joining this firm, Mr. Rush-Frazelle worked as a Judicial Fellow, assisting trial court judges throughout North Carolina with their most complex civil and criminal cases.
Outside of work, Mr. Rush-Frazelle enjoys spending time with his wife and their pets, exploring Raleigh, going on long walks through forests, and reading both well-written and poorly written science fiction.
